How does this work?

Once onboarded, you'll get access to a private Slack channel and designated a personal project manager.
You will then work alongside our branding experts to create a visual style that is unique to you. We will then work together to craft engaging content ideas and scripts to attract your target customers.
Once all videos have been shot, you will then be sent a pre-defined request form to provide all the necessary information for your editor to start working on your content. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification to review and leave any feedback if needed. (You can have as many reviews as you want).
When you're 100% happy with the video, you can mark it as completed and download it at anytime.
What kind of videos can I request to edit?
We specialize in creating both long form videos for YouTube and short form vertical videos that are up to 90 seconds long and designed for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube shorts.
We are flexible with the amount of videos you'll need per month so we recommend booking a free strategy call with our team to discuss your exact content needs.
Can you take certain sections of a longer video and repurpose them into shorter clips?
Yes this is something we recommend to many of our clients to help increase the output of their content.
To do this, simply submit your long-form content and let us know which parts of the video you want us to cut and your editor will remould them into short engaging clips suitable for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
With that said, If you would like our team of experts to identify the viral moments for you, we offer done-for-you time stamping (for an additional fee).
How long does an edit take?
We work on one video at a time and our turnaround times are between 36 - 48 hours (Mon-Fri).
As soon as the video is approved, we’ll start working on the next.
We also offer an urgent 24 hour delivery service for an additional fee.
How do I know I'll like the edits?
When starting an editing plan with us, part of the onboarding process is to learn your requirements and find out exactly what you’re looking for. The team will then work towards this.
